May I know what were you trying to do when you saw the "InvalidRecurrenceState" message?
Are you seeing the "InvalidRecurrenceState" error in your Microsoft account subscription page, or inside a Microsoft 365 app?
Please try this quick check:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the subscription.
- Look for Microsoft 365 Basic.
What status do you see there?
Does it say Active, Expired, Cancelled, or something else?
