I just paid for MS 365 in October 2025 for a full year and now I am being told that my subscription expired in February 2026. I have the payment on my credit card. I belive i was double charged for a while but the subscription I purchased in October 2025 should still be in effect. How can I rectify this?

Is there a phone number that I can call to discuss and hopefully solve this billing issue?
