Hacker problem

Recently i have been hacked, I cannot log in into the apps via email, because my password has been changed, if I change the password to a new one it still refuses to let me log in. There is also an unknown email that i have never seen and it says that i can send code to that email to regain acces. The problem is only on the apps that i havent log into yet, the ones that I have logged into before are somehow still giving me an acces. Please, can someone real help me, I have been trying to log in for the last 45 minutes via guids and still nothing.

    Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

    The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
