Analysis ToolPak is only available in Excel for Windows and Excel for Mac as a built-in add-in. It is not available in Excel for iPad or other mobile versions.
On supported desktop platforms (Windows/macOS), it is loaded as an Excel add-in and then accessed from Data → Data Analysis. On iPad, that add-in infrastructure is not present, so Analysis ToolPak cannot be added or used there, whether in the app or via the mobile experience.
To use Analysis ToolPak, Excel must be run on a supported desktop platform (Windows or Mac) and the add-in loaded there.
