I am not receiving emails from various people who I have had in the past

    Hi,

    Please try switching to a different internet connection. Then open an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, and sign in to your account using the link below:

    https://account.microsoft.com/

    Tell these people to send a test email. Did you receive it in your inbox?

    If emails are not arriving even in the web version, check your Blocked senders list and mailbox storage to make sure it isn’t full. Sign in at:

    https://outlook.live.com/

    Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage. Expand both Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage. Also, confirm the sender is using the correct email address.

    Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and confirm no rule is moving or deleting messages.

    If emails arrive on the web but not in the New Outlook app, try the following:

    Click Sync in New Outlook to manually refresh.

    Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Microsoft account.

    Check the Junk, Other, and Archive folders.

    Remove the account from New Outlook and add it again.
