Is it okay?

I have this 2.5W light I use on my desk, but it runs out of battery in like 2 hours even when fully charged, but I'm wondering if it's safe for my PC to constantly charge it so I don't have to keep recharging it. Or will it mess with my PC?

Yes, in most cases that is fine.. If the light charges by USB and is meant to be USB charged, your PC port is generally safe to use.

The bigger concern is the light itself, not the PC. Cheap battery devices sometimes do a poor job with heat or battery management when left plugged in all the time.
