Microsoft Project - Comment on submit tasks

Hello! In Microsoft Project, we are using the option comment on submit (when we submit the time progress) to add explanations about the work developed in every task. I would like to know how to export all of those comments to an excel by task or how to find a .log with that information. Also, We are interested in connect that information with a report in Power BI.
I appreciate your answers.
