    Hii,

Try following the procedure in the link below from the website to install Office 365.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-or-office-2024-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

Try installing the offline version of Office 365.

After the download is complete, disconnect from the network > right-click > select "Mount" > open "My Computer" in File Explorer, select the Office icon > Right-click > select "Open" to open the Office folder. Locate the setup64.exe file.

To download and install Microsoft 365 apps like Excel on a new Windows laptop, follow these steps:

    1. On the new laptop, open a web browser and go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    3. On the Microsoft 365 Apps page, select Install apps (or Install and moreInstall Microsoft 365 apps, depending on what is shown).
    4. Select Install. An installer file (usually OfficeSetup.exe) will download.
    5. Open the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe file.
    6. If prompted by User Account Control with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”, choose Yes.
    7. The Microsoft 365 apps (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others included in the subscription) will install. Wait for the installation to complete.
    8. After installation, open an app like Excel. If prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft 365 account to activate the apps.

If no install option appears after signing in, there may be an issue with the account or license. Use the Need help? section on the page and review the Account questions, or verify that a license is assigned to the account as described in the documentation.
