Hello @Joe Grover ,
You can normaly connect from the server himself if you enter the credentials of a user within the local Administrators group.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I'm setting up a management server (Windows Server 2022) and have installed Windows Admin Center on it. Unfortunately I'm unable to log into it from the server itself.
From my workstation I can go to https://server.domain.com and I immediately get access, no login needed. However logged onto the server itself via RDP and going to the same URL I get a Windows Security logon box, and no credentials I enter will work. I am using the new Microsoft Edge in both situations.
Is this by design?
Hello @Joe Grover ,

You can connect remotely, you need to pull the Trusted Root certificate for the machine (usually called machine name in the trusted root certs) and the Certificate Enrolment Request certificate as well, and install them on any machines you need to access from.
