- Approval time
- It typically takes about 4–5 business days for the team to review your request and enable the free tier.
- If everything in your request is in order, they’ll just flip the switch and you’ll see your parallelism in the org settings.
- Checking status
- You should get a confirmation email when you submit the form. If you don’t hear back within a week, you can reply to that email or open a support ticket to follow up.
- Common causes of delay • Missing or incorrect details on the request form (e.g. mismatched email domain, typos) • High volume of requests • Additional verification needed (sometimes the team reaches out for more info)
If it’s been more than a week and you still see “0 hosted parallel jobs” in your org, just ping support or reply to your original confirmation email so they can take another look.
