Hardware Developer Program registration shows as deactivated. Error: "your program registration is deactivated" Previously used this account successfully for driver signing. Please reset/reactivate our Hardware Program enrollment.

Update: Re-registration (Step 2) is not a viable option in our case. Attempting to register a new account with the same EV certificate results in the error: "The code signing certificate you used to sign this file has already been used by a different seller." This is a known issue reported by multiple users in this forum. Purchasing a new EV certificate does not resolve it either. Based on community reports, the only resolution is a manual backend reset by Microsoft. Could a Microsoft staff member please review and reset our Hardware Program enrollment?
