PowerPoint eLearning Transitions

I'm using shapes and animations with triggers to create popups for my eLearning. Can I make all pop-ups (animations) mandatory before they transition to the next slide? Or prevent a transition until all are clicked?

    < Yes, generally, when a presentation is showing, it will switch to the next slide after all the animations of the previous slide are completed.

    For references:
    Animate text or objects
    Add, change, or remove transitions between slides
