How do I completely get the PC APP STORE off my computer for good ? What is a tag?

The Microsoft Store (PC app store) is a system app in Windows 10 and cannot be completely removed. Windows does not support uninstalling the Microsoft Store, and attempting to remove it (for example with PowerShell) is not supported and can cause issues.

Other apps that were installed from Microsoft Store can be uninstalled normally:

1. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features).
2. Find the app in the list.
3. Select More (three dots) > Uninstall, then follow the prompts.

If the goal is simply to stop using Microsoft Store, close it and do not sign in or install apps from it. The Store itself must remain on the system.
