Error 0x00000bcb "Windows cannot connect to printer"

I am getting the Error 0x00000bcb "Windows cannot connect to printer" when trying to connect to a printer shared on Windows 10 Pro 21H1 from a client running the same OS version. I have removed the update KB5005565 and made sure the registry key RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled is set to 0 on both machines. Does anyone haver other suggestion?

    Hello HerbBrownJOTStech

    This is related to the installation of some updates that patch a vulnerability of the printer service called "PrintNightmare", but is not limited to the KB5005565. This enforces to have local administrator rights to be able to map Printers into the respective client.

    Error 0x00000bcb = Error printer driver download needed

    The specified printer driver was not found on the system and needs to be downloaded.

    As a trial and error step see if uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver works.

    I also have the same problem I also uninstalled the printer and installed the updated driver. but nothing on the client pc starts installing the printer then a network security warning comes out and then this damn error 0x00000bcb
