In Outlook Web App, individual messages normally open in the reading pane or can be popped out into a separate window/tab.

To open a message in its own window without using the browser’s View menu:

1. Select the message in the message list so it appears in the reading pane.
2. Use the built‑in pop‑out option:
   • Look for the pop‑out icon in the upper corner of the message you’re reading and select it to open that item in a separate window, or
   • Select the extended menu icon on the message and choose Open in a separate window.

This uses Outlook Web App’s own controls instead of the browser’s View → Open in new tab path and should let individual emails open directly.
