Did you purchase the Office pack directly from your Microsoft account online?
If yes, you can usually cancel or request a refund. Check your order history:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account at Order History https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
- If purchased within 30 days, you are generally eligible for a refund, which typically processes in 2 to 5 business days.
If the issue persists or the refund option still doesn't appear, please contact Microsoft support via live chat:

- Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
- At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
- In Product and services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office".
- In Category, select "Billing and Account Profile questions".
- Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
