2019 OUTLOOK.EXE Freezes/Crashes

Anybody getting freezing / crashing every hour or so in Outlook? Office Professional Plus 2019
We have Exchange - On-Prem

The program OUTLOOK.EXE version 16.0.10378.20029 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Outlook is used by many users for their Business as well as professional purpose. Sometime user's tries to open Outlook but they might face crashes or hangs.

In Such Situations, it’s quite difficult to identify the main cause of the crash. Outlook crashes due to below reasons:

• Corrupt MS Outlook Profile
• Configure Corrupted Data Item
• Corrupted Outlook Messages
• Corrupted Outlook PST Files

Nowadays I have seen most common reason for Outlook freezes such as uncertainty and unusual behavior due to Corrupted Outlook PST Files.

Below are the manually Method to Fix Outlook Crashing Issue:

• Method 1: Investigate Possible Errors with Add-ons
• Method 2: Create New MS Outlook Profile
• Method 3: Re-install MS Outlook Diagnostics

However, if the users will not achieve the satisfactory result after performing the above-stated solution, then, it is suggested to take help of a reliable third party solution. Did the crash happen after some specific operation or in some random situations?
And did this issue occur on the specific Outlook client only recently? If so, have you performed any specific options before it(such as install any third-party programs or add-ins)?

For the crash/not responding issue in Outlook client, there are many common ways to troubleshooting it, there's a relevant official document, for you reference: Outlook not responding, stuck at "Processing," stopped working, or freezes. Here are some preferred methods, please first follow the ways below to check if it could work for you.

• In order to avoid the interference of any add-ins or other programs, it's recommended to first close other programs and restart your Outlook in safe mode to check(windows+R>type"Outlook.exe /safe">enter)
• If that's invalid, considering corrupted Outlook data file or Outlook profile may cause it, please try to repair your Outlook data file to check, if the issue still exists after that, it's suggested to create a new Outlook profile and readd your account for testing.(Control panel> Mail> show profiles>Add>readd your account).
• If the issue could be reproduced on the new Outlook profile, please try to follow other ways in the document above to check(such as repair Outlook and others).

If it still couldn't be resloved after that, I noticed that you have post some error information above, please first understand that here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about Windows Security and Maintenace.
