Broken install Function, needs repair immediately

Question

Install MS Home and Student 2021 purchased from Walmart.

I'm already logged into Microsoft.

I go to https://setup.office.com/?ms.officeurl=setup as instructed click on get started which opens a window to enter my Product Code which I do, then click next and the items listed below are the comeback:

"Please come back later to redeem your product key.

Error Code: TooManyRequests

Correlation Id: 3cc6eb50-691c-4676-95bc-c5e1823b2db1

Timestamp: 2026-03-15T16:47:30.444Z"

I've been at this for over 72 hours and not getting anywhere, what more can I do?

The error message could be temporary, in which case you should be able to return later to https://setup.office.com.

Another possibility is that the key you got is faulty. Talk to the seller.
