PostgreSQL Flexible Server is completely down and inaccessible

My DB server is down since last Thursday which the DB connection request timed out and the DB server cannot be restarted. I did not have any configuration changes prior to the outage. I contacted Azure support the day after and my answer (if I didn't misheard anything) is the east-asia data center has exceeded its capacity and I need to wait till the end of that day (last Friday) and the service will be resumed. My service is now down for more than 4 days. Can I receive current status of the issue and steps I can do to rectify this issue?

Hi admin,

The PostgreSQL Flexible Server has been unavailable for a long time and restart attempts are failing, indicating an underlying platform issue. To recover quickly,
Create a new PostgreSQL Flexible Server and restore it using Point‑in‑Time Restore from the latest backup, preferably in another region if geo‑redundant backups are enabled.
Update the application connection details after the restore.

Hope this helps. If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know. I would be happy to help.
