Payment problems

Good morning! I have made a payment for activating my microsoft account, but there is still no activation. The money are gone though... And i cant edit my files, i can only read them. How can I recieve my money back, or activate my account? Please help! Thanks!

    Thank you! I checked, and everything seems fine. But i still cannot work and edit my files. I did the first step you said as well.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then correctly recognised.

    If not, log into oyur Microsoft account on this link and check the expiry date on your subscription, is it listed correctly for your subscription payment?

    If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed successfully.
