    Hi Ilyas, Welcome in Community

To fix this issue officially, first ensure all Office programs are completely closed. Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features or Installed Apps, then find Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 in the list. Click on Modify, or the three vertical dots followed by Modify, and choose the Online Repair option; this is significantly more thorough than the "Quick Repair" or the button shown in your screenshot.

If the error persists, you can try the Safe Mode Test by holding down the Ctrl key while you double-click the Excel icon. When prompted, agree to start in Safe Mode; if the program runs without crashing, the problem is likely being caused by a faulty Add-in.

Let me know how it goes
