refund for subscription

i have had a payment for a subscription for Microsoft 365 that i have not subscribed too, i dont know why and how this has happened as i am a university student and get it for free. please can you tell me if i am able to have a refund as i can not afford this payment and it has taken me further into my overdraft resulting in a overdraft charge from my bank. i have no idea how this subscription is happened.

As you have an existing subscription, you will need to cancel it first and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below.
