To help you resolve this issue, could you provide a few more details? The AccountWarned error usually indicates a restriction at the Azure Subscription or Batch account.
In most cases, this is caused by one of the following:
- You may have reached the limit for your subscription. Make sure your Azure subscription is active and you haven't reached a spending limit or expired a free trial.
- You may have reached the quota for your Batch account. Check your Azure Batch account under Settings > Quotas to ensure you have enough vCPUs available for the pool you are trying to create.
If everything looks good with your subscription and quotas, please share any additional non-sensitive details about your configuration.
I also recommend that you check the notifications, it may contain additional information regarding your problem.

Could you please share us the additional details on the issue you are facing?
- What subscription type are you using (Free Trial, Pay-As-You-Go, CSP, MSDN, etc.)?
- Which region is your Batch/AKS account in, and what VM size (and count) are you trying to deploy?
- What do your current vCPU quotas and usage look like in that region?
- Do you see any active policy or spending notifications in the portal bell icon?
