need invoice address edit

Thank you for your assistance. I have the pdf issued by you regarding 2026 invoice contracting yearly subscription.
I need this invoice to be reissued with new address as I have been moved since 2025 March.

The new address is already stated in my profile, Yokohama, Japan address.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above which is inclined on the business side, in this scenario, it is best to update your information via https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2195908 and once done this will be the updated billing information that will be used the next time around. As the invoice is system generated, there is no guarantee that it can still be altered or updated since it has already been generated but you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there.

An already-issued Microsoft 365 invoice generally cannot be edited directly by changing the address in the profile after the fact. Address changes apply to future invoices.

To proceed:

1. Verify that the new Yokohama, Japan address is correctly set as the organization/billing address in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. For the 2026 invoice that has already been issued (invoice no. 53107503750), contact Microsoft billing/support and request an invoice adjustment or reissue with the updated address. This requires a support ticket so the billing/compliance team can review and, if approved, void the original invoice and generate a corrected one.
3. In the support request, include:
   • The invoice number (53107503750)
   • The old and new addresses
   • A clear business/compliance reason for needing the reissued invoice (for example, accounting or tax documentation requirements).

Future invoices should reflect the new address already stored in the profile, provided the billing/organization address has been updated in the admin center.
