Microsoft does not recognize my internet

Question

Microsoft does not recognize my internet even though I am connected. It began with documents not saving and I was given a message that I needed to be connected. I ran all the suggested fixes and it hasn't helped. I signed out of microsoft 365 and tried to sign back in and now it won't let me sign in. Skype does not let me sign in either.

If the problem persists after resetting your network, we suggest you try switching to a different network, such as using your mobile hotspot, to see if that resolves the issue.

This might be a network issue. Please go to Settings >> Network & Internet >> Advanced network settings >> Network reset, and select "Reset now".

Then restart your computer and see if the problem is resolved.
