I cannot change the payment method for the copilot subscription. We pay everything from Microsoft by credit card, but this single service needs to be paid by wire transfer. It says that the method cannot be changed. Adding another profile just ends with that profile having the same info - the payment method can not be changed.
I tried feedback, feedback does not work because the send button is not active.
I tried support assistant, which told me to create another profile (see above).
I need to either change the payment method or immediately cancel the (1 year) copilot subscription because the financial department is not going to do this any more.
