I had no issues receiving emails from my doctors office until 1 month ago. I didn't realize this was an issue until my doctor called to ask why I didn't respond. They are not having issues on their side and said that microsoft is blocking the email before it even shows up. I have not had an issue receiving emails for 7 years and all of a sudden nothing. I still have a hotmail.com address and I need this fixed as this is my primary email.

Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this situation. Has he received a postmaster delivery notification saying that the email was not delivered? It may have gone to his Junk Email folder. That message could help us understand what is happening.

Also, are you having trouble receiving emails from anyone else, or only from this sender? And is he sending from an Outlook address or from a different email domain?

The emails are coming from ******@aah.org - it is the same email that I have been receiving emails from since 2009 without any issues. The emails are not in my inbox or in my Junk mail. They just are not showing up anywhere. Nothing changed on their side. They are not receiving any notifications that the emails are not going through. This is literally Microsoft blocking emails before they even show up in my account.

As this appears to be an issue on the sender’s side rather than your side, especially since this is the only sender whose emails you are not receiving, I recommend asking their IT or email administrator to follow Microsoft’s official Outlook.com sender troubleshooting guidance here:https://support.microsoft.com/office/sender-support-in-outlook-com-05875e8d-1950-4d89-a5c3-adc355d0d652

Actually how would I know. And per your community pages, this is a common issue with Outlook Mail. I'll just change all my contacts to a gmail account.

Usually, this happens with servers that have reputation issues, and that could be the case here. You can test this by sending emails to your own account and confirming whether you receive them normally. If you are receiving your own emails and no one else has reported delivery problems or postmaster bounce notifications, that points more toward an issue with the sender’s server reputation.

When Microsoft blocks emails, the sender will often receive a non-delivery notification or postmaster message.
