Dear Microsoft Support Team, I a__m writing to report an issue concerning my Microsoft subscription. I utilize Microsoft applications (Excel/Word) on my tablet device. I have previously remitted payment for a premium subscription, yet the application repeatedly prompts me to make a new purchase. I am seeking clarification as to why I am being asked to repurchase a service for which I have already paid. My account details are provi__ded below: (PII Removed).

    Some people are reporting this is occurring even though there is no problem with their subscription.

    Open Word.

    At the top of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart your device, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link and check the expiry date on your subscription is listed correctly.

    If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your subscription payment is processed correctly.
