storage problems

outlook says I'm out of storage but I have bought more storage and the out of storage message is still there and I can't send or receive e mails what is wrong?

    Could you please let me know when you purchased the storage?

    If Microsoft Outlook still shows “out of storage” after the upgrade, it may take some time for the new storage to sync across services.

    Please try signing out and signing back in, then restart the app. Also, check your storage in OneDrive online to confirm that the upgrade is reflected there.
