    I see the entire issue. First thing, your PC Windows is pretty old. Let us first update it and see if that helps.

    Please try installing the latest feature update manually and let us know.

    The fastest way to get the upgrade is through the Media creation tool or ISO file. Please download the Media Creation Tool and select ""Upgrade this PC now"".

    Install Windows 10 version 22H2 manually

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.
