Microsoft Surface Hub 2 failed to sign in

HI Microsoft Tech Team,

I was able to do sign in on the Surface Hub 2 last week and Teams was working as expected.

Now the Surface Hub is showing the error, its unable to sign-in on teams.

Error code: 0x80131500

Surface Hub OS Version 10.0 (Build 19042.1266)
Serial NO: 000031311062

I was able to sign-in on my pc using the same Conference Room account and able to do Teams call

Have you tried to change another account to login in?

It firstly recommend you try to manually update a Microsoft Teams Rooms device to see if it can be fixed.

In addition, you could try to perform a factory restore and use the Microsoft Teams Rooms recovery tool. For more details, you could learn it from:
