I have been told I have used over 80% of storage, but there are very few e mails in Outlook and only 0.1GB in One drive... is this a scam? I do not sync this to a PC.

Thanks for your reply.

If your account storage shows only 0.1 GB, the email is likely phishing, ignore links, do not sign in from that message, and instead sign in directly to your account page to confirm storage, then report the email as phishing in Outlook and delete it.

    Hello,

Did you check your storage breakdown in your account online?

This is not a scam if it shows in your account page, since Outlook storage includes hidden folders like Deleted and Junk plus large attachments; sign in to your account, open Storage, review Outlook usage, and clear Deleted Items and large emails to free space.
