change authentification method when authentification app is not working

Hello,

my authentification app stopped working, so I have reinstalled it, but now it asks me to check the code on the authentification app to log to my account, if I ask for another method, it asks me again whether to approve in the authentification app or with the code given by the authentification app. so I am blocked, I can't even change the 2 methods, because it asks me to approve on the authentification app. How can I contact someone from Microsoft to change my way to log in ? thanks
