Outlook not syncing with Gmail.

I agree with the user who said I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN, NOT A CHAT BOT. I went around in circles with the bot on the phone, wasn't able to give me any information. When I kept asking to talk to a human it kept referring me back to the website. I tried requesting a call back two days in a row, but both times it took 5 hours for the call back. The first day I had gone to bed, the second day I answered and after about a minute the call disconnected before I actually got to talk to someone.

I have two Gmail accounts in Outlook. A few days ago one stopped syncing with Gmail, the other is still fine at this point. I tried restarting the computer hoping that that might work, but it didn't. I figured the Gmail account had been easy to set up in Outlook when I first did it, so I would delete the account and set it up again. Delete worked fine but now Outlook will not let me add that (or any) Gmail account.

It appears from reading the information that I have found on the web that this is now a common issue. Any idea when it will be resolved?

    Hello,

    Yes, New Outlook should work.

If you still want to give Classic Outlook a shot, you can use the workaround here - it is actually a known issue with Classic Outlook right now.
