Accidentally redeemed points

I accidentally redeemed 1700 points for a game that am unfamiliar with called Den of Thieves and I do not play it. I thought by clicking on the link I was GAINING 1700 points not losing them. Granted, my vision is not great as I am a senior citizen but now, I have something I don't understand that is very useless to me. I really want my points back please.

    Hello Catherine S,

I'm sorry to hear this happened. I understand how frustrating it must be for you.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Rewards redemptions are generally considered final and non-reversible.

That said, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, so it may still be worth reaching out directly to the Rewards support team to explain the situation, since this was an accidental redemption.
