+ File, RegisterScan.exe.manifest, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

Question

Hi,

I downloaded a project from Source Forge which I used a long time ago, this is a new version. However when I install the application I get the error: + File, RegisterScan.exe.manifest, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

Some people have told me to rebuild the application as it is an issue with the manifests, however I don't have access to the source code to do this. Is there a workaround or can it be corrected manually within the manifest files?

I have attached the installation files, if anybody could take a look that would be great!
