How to get rid of Trojan:Win32/Ravartar!rfn on my PC

I have a Trojan:Win32/Ravartar!rfn that keeps coming back, I ran FRST and am attaching the logs.

    Hi,

    Please share the logs for public access. To do so, uncheck the "Restricted" checkbox in Google Drive sharing settings.

    Download Malwarebytes Antimalware and run a scan. Eliminate every piece of malware it finds. Malwarebytes should also get rid of all adware and PUAs and browser hijackers.
