Microsoft Edge automatically starts when I reboot and when the computer has been inactive for some period of time.

Note that edge is NOT selected in Settings> apps > startup (it is set to off).

How can I stop this behavior?

    Hello

Can you please hold down Windows + R keys, type in

    Shell:startup

Press enter, it should launch a folder. What's all in this folder? Feel free to share a screenshot.
