    Hii,

You will use DDU to remove the video driver completely and use the

    DDU: https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/games/PC/guru3d/ddu/[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip

Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the GPU driver.

    1. After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.
    2. Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put GPU. After uninstalling the GPU Driver, uninstall it for AMD and Nvidia.
    3. Click on the First option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.
    4. After running DDU and install driver :

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp160001-160500/sp160255.exe

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp160001-160500/sp160181.exe

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp154501-155000/sp154604.exe

While this is not a Microsoft website, it is the official site of [OmniBook Ultra 14/ HP].

You will install these drivers one at a time

The drivers are for your laptop model https://support.hp.com/br-pt/drivers/hp-omnibook-ultra-14-inch-laptop-next-gen-ai-pc-14-fd0000/2102254310

And after installing the drivers and waiting a while, AMD Adrenaline will load and you will open it and ask to check for updates.

Error 1603 is a generic Windows Installer error that indicates the installation failed. From the available information, the following Windows-side checks and fixes are applicable:

    1. Check if AMD Adrenalin is already partially installed
    • Open Settings > System > Apps > Apps & features.
    • Look for any AMD/Adrenalin/AMD Software entries.
      • If found, select them and choose Uninstall, then restart and try the install again.
    1. Make sure you are not installing to an encrypted or substitute drive
    • Install AMD Adrenalin to the default system drive (usually C:) and avoid any encrypted folders or substitute drives.
    1. Fix possible permissions issues on the install drive The installer uses the SYSTEM account. If SYSTEM does not have Full Control on the target drive/folder, error 1603 can occur.
    • In File Explorer, right‑click the drive where you are installing (typically C:), select Properties > Security.
    • Confirm that SYSTEM is listed and has Full control.
    • If not, edit permissions to add SYSTEM with Full control, apply, then retry the install.
    1. Repair potential .NET / MSI corruption Error 1603 can also be caused by corruption in .NET Framework or MSI registration.
    • Run the .NET repair/cleanup and reinstall sequence as described in the .NET Framework error 1603 guidance, then retry the AMD installer.
    1. Use a fresh copy of the AMD installer Corrupted or incomplete installer packages can also trigger 1603.
    • Download a fresh copy of the AMD Adrenalin installer.
    • Save it locally (for example, to Downloads), then run it from that local folder rather than directly from a browser or network share.
    1. Close interfering programs and perform a selective startup Other running programs can interfere with MSI installs.
    • Run msconfig and choose Selective startup, clearing Load startup items.
    • Restart, then run the AMD installer again.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, a repair or reset of Windows (keeping files) may be required, as similar Windows Update/installer issues have been resolved by reinstalling or resetting Windows 10/11.
