My name on my passport is slightly different than what I have enetered on microsoft credentials, how do I change that?

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

If you have an exam booked, you will be shown a message and link to contact Credentials support https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request

For Microsoft credentials and exams, the legal name must match the government ID/passport. If the legal name in the profile is incorrect, it needs to be updated through the official credentials support channel.

Use the dedicated Microsoft Credentials support page and open a support request to have the legal name corrected. Provide the correct spelling exactly as it appears on the passport and follow any instructions from support (they may request verification). Forum users and community moderators cannot change legal names directly.
