Support does not proactively email answers based only on a case number posted here. To get an update or response for case 7100031069, direct contact with Microsoft Support is required.

- In Outlook.com, select Help on the menu bar, enter the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and select Yes to contact support.
- For general Microsoft product help, you can also start from this support entry point and “enter your problem here”: enter your problem here.
Support agents will typically respond using the contact method selected when the case was created (email, chat, or phone). If no response has been received, contact support again through the official channels above and reference the existing case number.
