cant send mails

Remote server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)

For two days im getting this error message on all my mails I try to send, no attachments, I tried plain text but still same error

This usually means Microsoft flagged your messages as potential spam. Check your account at https://account.microsoft.com/securityfor alerts or restrictions. Clear your Outbox if using Outlook desktop and try sending from Outlook.com web.

Avoid repeated links or identical messages.
