Cannot access Microsoft 360

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please be informed that I have just redeem Microsoft 360 but I am not able to access it .
I am getting the following error, can you please help me solve the problem.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Something happened An error occurred. Please reach out to support for additional assistance. Error Code: 715-123280 EventId: [Moderator note: personal info removed].
