Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
The issue is related to Microsoft for Startups/Founders Hub account state and must be fixed by the Microsoft for Startups support team.
To get the account reset and regain access to the Founders Hub dashboard and benefits, use the official Microsoft for Startups support channels:
- Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal: https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login
- Select the “?” icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose “Submit a Support Ticket”.
- Clearly describe that:
- Azure sponsorship credits are already active and visible in the Azure portal.
- Access to foundershub.startups.microsoft.com and portal.startups.microsoft.com always redirects to the signup/registration page instead of the dashboard.
- Cache, cookies, incognito, different browsers, and different sign-in methods have already been tried.
- Attach screenshots of:
- The Azure portal showing the active $1,000 sponsorship subscription.
- The redirect behavior from Founders Hub/Startups portal.
If sign-in or eligibility cannot be verified through the portal, submit a Microsoft for Startups support request directly using the dedicated support form referenced in the Azure signup troubleshooting guidance.
For technical/break-fix issues with Azure services themselves (not portal access), use the Basic or Developer support plan that comes with the startup credits by opening a support request from the Azure portal.
