Did you check your Junk or SPAM email folders to see if all the incoming emails from the senders ended up there?
If the emails are not available in these folders, check your email forwarding rules to see whether they are automatically forwarded to another email address.
To check,
Go to https://outlook.live.com/ on any web browser. (Use an incognito mode)
then, go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding & IMAP.
If you see the emails are being forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward'.
Then, go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
See if you have added a rule that might be moving all the incoming emails to another folder
Then, check your email blocked Sender's lists.
Settings > Mail > Junk email > Blocked sender's lists.
If you are still having issues,
send a test email from another one of your accounts to the affected email address. Check whether you receive any bounce-back error messages. If you receive an error, please share the complete error message here.
