Got this error code when trying to purchase Windows business standard. I can't login to open a support ticket, as I don't have a business account yet.

To proceed with the Windows/Business (Microsoft 365) purchase and get support without an existing business account, use one of these supported paths:

    1. If this is tied to a personal Microsoft account
    • First confirm that the personal Microsoft account can be accessed:
    • If verification codes are not arriving during sign-in or purchase, follow the guidance in Troubleshoot Microsoft verification code issues and, if needed, choose another verification method or wait until the configured phone/email is available.
    1. If sign-in itself is blocked or failing
    • Use the consolidated guidance under I can't sign in to my Microsoft account to determine the correct recovery path based on whether the issue is password, username, or verification-code related. This page links directly to:
      • Password reset
      • Sign-in Helper
      • Username lookup
      • Verification code troubleshooting
    1. If still unable to sign in but need to contact support
    • Use the Sign-in helper for consumer accounts: Sign-in helper. It can identify most sign-in issues and route to appropriate help.
    • If technical support is required beyond that, use Contact Microsoft Support: Contact Microsoft Support, then enter the problem and select Get Help, and then Contact Support if more help is needed. Any working Microsoft account (even a newly created one) can be used to contact support.

Once sign-in to some Microsoft account (personal or trial tenant) is working, a support request can be opened describing the purchase error code and that the order for Windows/Microsoft 365 Business Standard cannot be completed.
