I have an issue with indexing and I wanted to create a support ticket. All links route to submit a report and then open a chat with Copilot. Copilot then attempts to create a support ticket but says there is technical issue and it could not. Seems like I have no way to submit now.

    Hi there,

The most effective next step is to reach out directly to Bing Webmaster Support, as they can review your domain and provide tailored guidance.

When you’re on the support page:

    1. Select Raise support request.
    2. Complete the form:
      • Website you need help with**:** Enter the URL of the cached page.
      • Type of problem: Choose the issue category that fits best.
      • Description: Clearly explain the problem related to the site you listed. Avoid mentioning additional sites.
    3. Click Next to initiate a chat.

If chat support doesn’t resolve the issue, select Yes under “Issue still not resolved?”

    1. Pass the CAPTCHA and choose Create support ticket.”

Important*:* After submitting, you may see an error message such as We could not process your request, please try again later.” This can usually be ignored your ticket is still submitted successfully. Look out for a confirmation email in your inbox.

The Bing support team will then provide more detailed assistance to help resolve the issue.

(If the reply was helpful, please don't forget to upvote and/or accept as answer, thank you)
