Hi guys

I reseted my phone and when I reinstalled the app and logged in, a window popped up and I thought it is asking me to restore my 2FA backups. But unfortunately it was asking me to replace empty backup on my old backup. Unfortunately I thought it is the restoration button (just the way other apps restore their backups) and I tapped the Replace button. Now I think my 2FA are gone and they are super important to me. Some wallets or Instagram accounts that cannot be restored in other way.

I'm desperately asking for help to restore it because I think it might be possible because it still shows that my backup is created in 15 of April 2020 and updated in October 9 of 2021

    Same here.
Switched to a new phone, I thought just using the login will auto restore the backup, but it didnt. It overwrote the existing backup. For god sake, at least ask there is an existing backup for this user, why directly overwrote.
