I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MY MCT ID.

I AM A MOS CERTIFIED TRAINER.COULD YOU PLEASE CHECK AND CONFIRM IF I HAVE ACTIVE MCT ID ALIGN WITH ME.

Verification of an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) ID or status cannot be performed here.

To check whether there is an active MCT ID associated with the account, use official support channels for the MCT and Credentials programs:

1. Go to the Microsoft Credentials support page and submit an online support request:
   • Use the online support request process described under How to contact support.
   • Select Product family: Learning and Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials.
   • Choose a category related to Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program.
   • Provide the Learn username and any relevant certification details (for example, MOS trainer status) in the case description.
2. For MCT program–specific questions (enrollment, renewal, or status):
   • Use MCT Support via the MCT Portal at https://aka.ms/mctportal.
   • For general MCT program information and requirements, review the Microsoft Certified Trainer program overview.

Note that Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications alone do not qualify for MCT enrollment; an active, qualifying Associate or Expert level role-based certification is required for MCT status.

MCT IDs no longer exist, this is since the merger of certification profiles with Learn profiles in June 2024

It is unlikely that you will be an active MCT as MOS certifications no longer qualify for MCT and you would not have been able to renew your MCT status after October 2025
