This kind of error usually means the service hit a snag on the backend, not that the user did something wrong. It would be good to try the usual checks if you haven't done them already - check your internet connection for stability, clear browser cache and cookies, try a separate browser and update apps where you are using Whiteboard. If the problem persists, you may have to contact support with the long correlation ID in the error message for the engineers to trace what went wrong. If you’re opening Whiteboard through Teams or Office, click the “Help” or “?” icon in the app. That routes you to support channels tailored to your account.
